Mr. Om Pathak is a distinguished educational leader, civil servant, and founder of multiple educational institutions. He is the founder and Chairman of Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society, which currently operates eight schools in North India. Mr. Pathak's journey in education began in 1980, leading to the establishment of DPS Ghaziabad, which now has around 4,600 students.

As a veteran academician and administrator, Mr. Pathak has made significant contributions to the field of education. He founded SelaQui International School in Dehradun, one of India's leading fully residential schools. His commitment to improving education is evident through initiatives like TeacherSITY, which focuses on enhancing student learning, and the Principals Forum, which mentors school principals.

Mr. Pathak's administrative experience is extensive. He served as a civil servant in the Indian Administrative Services (IAS), where he headed institutions and corporations dealing with a wide range of activities, including rural development, forestry, cooperatives, employment generation, anti-poverty programs, and education. He also served as the District Magistrate of Ghaziabad and Lucknow.

His academic background includes a Master's degree from LBS National Academy of Administration and a Master's in Economics from Panjab University. Prior to his career in education and civil service, Mr. Pathak served as a Major in the Indian Army, participating in the 1971 war with Pakistan.
